How To Verify If Your Details Have Been Submitted To GES For Recruitment

The National Teaching Council (NTC) is pleased to announce the link to confirm if your details have been submitted to GES for recruitment.

This confirmation process is for all successful GTLE candidates, comprising individuals who took their GTLE exams in September 2023 and received their results in December of the same year.

In an effort to expedite the GES Posting process, NTC has promptly transmitted the outcomes of the 2023 licensure exams (limited to successful candidates) to the GES Teacher Portal and is currently awaiting further instructions.

It should be noted that passing the GTLE doesn’t guarantee posting or recruitment. It only helps GES to know if you have the license to teach.

To ascertain whether NTC has successfully forwarded your information to the GES Teacher Portal, please follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Login onto the GES Teacher Portal: Visit the portal here and proceed to the login page.
  2. Enter your GTLE Index number: This unique identifier begins with GTLE/… and can be found on the printout you submitted during the examination. Enter the number exactly as it appears on your sheet/printout.
  3. Wait for a few seconds: After entering your index number, allow the system a moment to process the information. You will then be directed to a page detailing the information sent to GES, including the image of your license/provisional license.

By completing these steps, you confirm that you have verified your GTLE Index Number and initiated the necessary actions for processing with GES.
